Vitamins

These help to metabolize fats, proteins, and carbohydrates

  • Vitamin B1 (thiamine)

Helps the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose) which the body uses to produce energy.

  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)

it is important for body growth, it helps in red blood cell production and also aides in release energy from proteins.

  • Vitamin B3 (niacin)

Niacin is used to turn food into energy, it helps to keep your nervous system, digestive system, and skin healthy.

  • Vitamin B4 (adenine)

It plays a crucial role in protein synthesis and is an important component of RNA and NA

  • Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)

Plays a role in breaking down carbohydrates and fats for energy, it is critical in the manufacturing of red blood cells as well as sex and stress related hormones produced by the adrenal glands.

  • Vitamin B6 (pyridine)

This vitamin is important for normal brain development and for keeping the nervous  system and immune system healthy.

  • Vitamin B7 (biotin)

This vitamin plays a vital role in assisting enzymes to break down fats, carbohydrates, and proteins in food. Biotin deficiency can lead to hair loss and skin or nail problems.

  • Vitamin B12 (folate)

This vitamin is needed to form red blood cells and DNA. It is also a key player in the function and development of brain and nerve cells.

Vitamin C plays a role in controlling infections and healing wounds, and is a powerful antioxidant that can neutralize harmful frtee radicals. It is needed to make collagen, a fibrous protein in connective tissue that is weaved throughout various systems in the body like the nervous, immune, bone, cartilage, blood, and others. It also helps make several hormones and chemical messengers used in the brain and nerves.

Vitamin D is a key facet of proper health, enabling our bodies to effectively absorb essential minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. It can be obtained from direct exposure to sunlight or through specific foods and supplement sources – making it an integral factor in the typical growth and development of bones & teeth along with strengthened resistance against illness. Given its vital role in human wellbeing, regular intake should ensure adequate levels are available for your body’s needs.

Vitamin E is an essential nutrient for maintaining healthy vision, reproduction and the body’s blood, brain and skin. Its antioxidant properties additionally make it a powerful tool in protecting cells from potentially destructive free radicals that can cause health concerns such as heart disease or cancer

MINERALS

Calcium is essential for keeping the body strong and functioning optimally. It helps build bone and teeth, while also promoting circulation of blood, muscle movement, nerve transmission, hormonal secretion, clotting ability and regular heartbeat.

Magnesium is an essential mineral for maintaining our bodies’ optimal functioning. Its bountiful benefits range from strengthening the brain and cardiovascular system to lowering blood sugar levels, demonstrating its incredible value in a healthful diet.

Zinc is an invaluable nutrient found in food and dietary supplements, essential for radiant skin health, a strong immune system and healthy cell growth. It has even been linked to defending against acne, inflammation among other conditions – truly indispensable!

Glutathione is an amazing antioxidant, comprised of three powerful amino acids; glutamine, glycine and cysteine. Increasing your levels has been proven to reduce oxidative stress associated with a variety of chronic conditions such as autoimmune disease – offering numerous health benefits along the way!

NAD+ is a remarkable coenzyme found in every living cell, allowing us to generate energy from oxygen and food. It also plays an integral role in preserving the proper functioning of our mitochondria – the micro-powerhouses of our cells that are essential for life itself!

L-arginine is an amino acid of great importance to the body, particularly during situations of pregnancy, infancy and illness. Its primary function comes from its ability to stimulate nitric oxide production which helps in regulating a variety of fundamental processes such as blood flow regulation and cellular communication. Additionally it serves as a starting point for other essential components like glutamate or creatine required by your immune system; including the development of important T cells that are responsible for our immunity response.

L-carnitine is a nutrient and dietary supplement that provides cells with an essential source of energy. It works by aiding the transportation of fatty acids into your mitochondria, allowing for efficient production throughout your body

Guanine, one of the fundamental constituents of DNA, can be recognized as the “G” in the sequence of adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine (G), or thymine (T). Guanine, when found in the DNA double helix, forms base pairs with cytosine, resulting in CG pairs that are present on both strands. Interestingly, CG pairs exhibit stronger binding compared to AT pairs, making DNA helixes with long stretches of CG more stable than those with stretches of AT.

Cytosine is a vital component in the formation of base pairs. It bonds with guanine and contributes to the genetic code present in both DNA and RNA. With its unique chemical structure, cytosine serves as a nucleotide base, forming an integral part of the sugar-phosphate backbone in DNA and RNA.

Thymine (T) is among the four nucleotide bases found in DNA, alongside adenine (A), cytosine (C), and guanine (G). In a double-stranded DNA molecule, thymine bases on one strand are paired with adenine bases on the complementary strand. The arrangement of these four nucleotide bases encodes the information in DNA.
