Eligibility:
The Blurr’dlines Medspa Dartmouth, MA Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Massachusetts at least 18 years of age at entry. Blurr’dlines Medspa Dartmouth, MA, employees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the specific entry instructions provided at the Open House on the 15th of November. Participants shall be physically present to enter and collect the giveaways.
Prize:
The prize(s) will be clearly described in the Giveaway announcement. Prize details, value, and any restrictions will be provided. There are no cash values or exchanges.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries received during the Giveaway period for each giveaway item. Winners will be announced at the event. You must be present to claim the prize. A new winner will be selected if the winner is absent at the time of announcement.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected from participants during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to Blurr’dlines Medspa Dartmouth, MA’s privacy policy.
General Terms:
Blurr’dlines Medspa Dartmouth, MA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice. The decision of Blurr’dlines Medspa Dartmouth, MA is final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Release of Liability:
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Blurr’dlines Medspa Dartmouth, MA, and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with participation in the Giveaway.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
