Rest assured that we always use every resource at our disposal — along with our extensive medical backgrounds — to ensure that you receive the safest and highest quality treatment from start to finish.

Cancellation
Policy

We do our best to provide efficient treatments that fit into our patients’ busy schedules. With this in mind, please be aware that we charge a $75 cancellation fee for appointments canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice.

Image Use

Patient privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us. Patient images are important to our practice as a means of exhibiting the outcomes of various treatments that we offer. We’re immensely grateful to patients who allow us to use their images for this purpose.

Rest assured that all our patients are in exclusive control of how their images are used. We offer 4 levels of consent for image use, and patient images will never be used without consent or in any capacity that hasn’t been authorized by the patient.
